Rachelle Hardie-Neil is an experienced leader with expertise across human resource management, finance, communications, operations, and organisational strategy. She has a strong interest in employment legislation, particularly the Employment Relations framework, bringing a practical, well-informed perspective to leadership.
Rachelle is passionate about people and building high-performing teams, moving between strategy and delivery to drive meaningful, sustainable change. Her experience spans New Zealand, Australia, and the United States across culture change, organisational development, and turnaround initiatives. She brings strong commercial and financial capability and holds a Master’s in Public Policy and an MBA. She currently holds advisory and governance roles in human resource and finance.
