SPCNM Incorporated Society

SPCNM is an Incorporated Society founded in the 1940s, with a charitable purpose to promote natural medicine in New Zealand, and to further the profession and teach future naturopaths and medical herbalists. We would like to encourage alumni to consider applying for membership with the SPCNM Incorporated Society. Incorporated Society has input into the governance of the College via the AGM and the Board of Directors.

The benefits:

  • Voting rights at all the SPCNM Incorporated Society AGM’s
  • Free passes or heavily-discounted passes for attending guest lectures at SPCNM.

There is a $20 joining fee and then a membership fee of $20 per annum.

Please click here to download an Incorporated Society application form.  You will receive a membership approval letter if your application has been successful.

SPCNM Alumni

The Alumni Association was formally launched in April 2023. To date, we have had our launch event, completed focus groups, and our inaugural stake holder survey, and kicked off our branded merchandise with our own special Allumi-tea blend. The Alumni Association is run by graduates for graduates and has a focus on networking and connection, peer support, provision of a resource hub, and facilitation of professional development.

We invite SPCNM graduates, new and old, to join us at this link https://spcnm.us14.list-manage.com/subscribe?u=4b632ae03dea070b3791caceb&id=c332cbd8bb.

We look forward to welcoming you and keeping you up to date!

If you have any queries or would like to get in touch, please email alumniassociation@spcnm.ac.nz.

Testimonial:

“It was so lovely to reconnect with not only many from my cohort, but others I now know through the college and the industry. All the elements of the event were so appreciated by all who attended, from the calibre of the speakers – Bruce Lipton was amazing and absolutely knows how to captivate and engage his audience. To the beautiful connection tea created especially for our alumni. To the fabulous food on the grazing table and the selection of herbal cocktails and mocktails we enjoyed whilst networking with other alumni.

Huge thanks to the Alumni committee for all their hard work and congratulations on putting together such a successful SPCNM Alumni launch event”.  Mel Trimble, SPCNM graduate 2021
