SPCNM Incorporated Society

SPCNM is an Incorporated Society founded in the 1940s, with a charitable purpose to promote natural medicine in New Zealand, and to further the profession and teach future naturopaths and medical herbalists. We would like to encourage alumni to consider applying for membership with the SPCNM Incorporated Society. Incorporated Society has input into the governance of the College via the AGM and the Board of Directors.

The benefits:

  • Voting rights at all the SPCNM Incorporated Society AGM’s
  • Free passes or heavily-discounted passes for attending guest lectures at SPCNM.

There is a $20 joining fee and then a membership fee of $20 per annum.

Please click here to download an Incorporated Society application form.  You will receive a membership approval letter if your application has been successful.

SPCNM Alumni

We are currently forming an alumni association to strengthen the bonds with our graduates. This alumni group will have a focus on networking, peer support alongside professional development. If you would like to be involved, please email robyn.carruthers@spcnm.ac.nz.

We treasure the feedback given by our alumni and current students and have asked them to take the time to describe what their experiences at SPCNM have been like. Please check out these profiles of our current students, and our alumni! https://www.spcnm.ac.nz/testimonials/

Alumni Library Membership

Alumni may join the library for ongoing borrowing of books and printed materials. Unfortunately, we cannot offer access to databases. Alumni library membership is for a calendar year and there is a $20 joining fee and then a membership fee of $20 per annum. Alumni members may borrow two items for the usual borrowing period of 14 days. (Short loan borrowing is 5 days.)

Please ‘like’ our South Pacific College of Natural Medicine Page – Official on Facebook. It is a good way to stay connected to the College and find out about our upcoming guest lectures and events.
