Community Courses

Four week courses:

  1. Nourish your body, transform your life.  Angela Osborne – naturopath and nutritionist. How food and environmental factors impact health and how to implement healthy habits. 4 weeks on a Tuesday evening 6 – 27 June; 7 – 8.30pm $99
  2. Food as medicine.  Michelle Joyce – naturopath and nutritionist. Planning food on a budget, eating seasonally  – there will be some cooking demonstrations. 4 weeks on a Saturday morning 10 June – 1 July; 10 – 12pm $129

Short seminars

  1. FODMAPs diet for IBS.  Angela Osborne – naturopath and nutritionist. Understanding FODMAPs and using it to manage your digestive symptoms. Saturday 10 June 1 – 4 pm $39
  2. Good Sleep.  Michelle Joyce- naturopath and nutritionist. Defining what is healthy sleep and how to support a good night’s sleep. Saturday 17 June  1 – 4pm $39
