- Food as medicine. Michelle Joyce – naturopath and nutritionist. Planning food on a budget, eating seasonally – there will be some cooking demonstrations. 4 weeks on a Saturday morning 10 June – 1 July; 10 – 12pm $129
- FODMAPs diet for IBS. Angela Osborne – naturopath and nutritionist. Understanding FODMAPs and using it to manage your digestive symptoms. Saturday 10 June 1 – 4 pm $39
- Good Sleep. Michelle Joyce- naturopath and nutritionist. Defining what is healthy sleep and how to support a good night’s sleep. Saturday 17 June 1 – 4pm $39
