BSc (Hons, Nutrition & Dietetics), BHSc with Distinction (Naturopathic & Herbal Medicine), Medical Herbalist, Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Health Writer, Educator.

Sheena Hendon is a Registered Nutritionist and Registered Naturopath with over 30 years’ experience. She trained as a Dietitian in the UK and now runs a holistic health private practice, supporting adults and children in hormonal, digestive and metabolic health, stress management, child, and adolescent wellbeing and more. A former half-Ironman competitor, she has also worked with athletes of all levels.

Sheena has extensive experience mentoring and supervising qualified nutritionists and guiding students into clinical practice. She designs and delivers online and face-to-face holistic health programmes for patients and students. She is the author of Cool for School, an evidence-based guide to children’s health, and serves on the Council of the Nutrition Society of New Zealand (NSNZ) as well as representing the sector with Allied Health Aotearoa New Zealand (AHANZ).
