Lynda has been involved in the health system for over 40 years. First as a nurse and midwife, naturopath in NZ and then overseas as a Naturopath practising in several locations in England and Umbria, Italy. The variety of experience in health has lead Lynda to understand the unique and special role a naturopath has to offer to their clients and to the health system of Aotearoa NZ.
For the past 20 years Lynda has been an educator and clinical supervisor, and involved in progressing education in Naturopathy to where it is today.
Presently Lynda has a deep interest in Professional Supervision and the role in supporting qualified Naturopaths to reflect on their practice in whatever role they are working – this encompasses personal & professional growth, ethical practice, professionalism, conflict resolution within self and with others, growing confidence in their role within the health system.
Currently in part time clinical practice North Shore, Auckland, also providing Professional Supervision for qualified Naturopaths and part time course lecturer.
When relaxing, Lynda enjoys her garden, walking in nature, Tai chi, reading widely and spending time with family and friends.
